RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

- Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged;
It remains in its original condition with all tags attached;
It includes its original packaging and relevant accessories (if applicable);
A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.
For items that do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge appropriate compensation.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized suits;
Clearance or final sale items;
Items damaged or showing obvious signs of use due to customer reasons;
Items submitted after the return period.
- Return Request Process
Before requesting a return, please contact our customer service team.
Please provide:
Order number;
Purchaser’s name;
Reason for return;
Product photos (if related to quality issues).
After review and approval, we will send you return instructions.
- Refund Instructions
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you of the refund review result.
If the refund is approved:
The refund will be returned to the original payment method within 3-10 business days; Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment institution; Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable (unless the return is due to product quality issues, wrong item shipped, or shipping damage).
- Product Quality Issues
If the received goods have:
Manufacturing defects;
Shipping damage;
Obviously inconsistent with the order description;
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide relevant photographic evidence. Upon confirmation, we will provide replacement, full refund, or reshipment services depending on the circumstances, and will bear reasonable return shipping costs.
- Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to customer reasons (such as incorrect size selection, changes in personal preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments, Glythius LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
