Delivery Area
Glythius LLC currently only provides delivery services within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states and applicable territories). We do not currently offer international shipping services.
Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed after successful payment.
Under normal circumstances, orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Order processing times may be longer on weekends, US federal holidays, and during promotional events.

Shipping Costs

No hidden fees are charged by the website.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can check the latest delivery status through the carrier’s official website.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that you provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
Delivery failure or delay may occur due to:

Unable to contact the recipient;
Recipient refuses to accept delivery;
Additional shipping or reshipment costs incurred as a result may be borne by the customer. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or unusually delayed during transit, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the problem.
For damage occurring during transit, please retain the product packaging, shipping labels, and relevant photos so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the logistics carrier.
Transfer of Transportation Risk
Once the goods are delivered to the carrier and show as shipped, the risk of loss or damage during transit will transfer in accordance with applicable laws. Glythius LLC will actively assist customers in resolving problems arising during transit, but is not liable for delays uncontrollable by the carrier.
